Trapped under stairs, cant get out, cant respawn

I am in one of those 3 story apartments and I fell through the stairs.... I cant get out, cant die and respawn

I was trapped in a house. I tried crawling and I think that worked. Hope you get out.

Trying getting close to a wall/where the wall should be vaulting sideways and exiting and re-entering the game immediately - it worked for me.
