I think it's supposed to be funny because he logs in next to someone else who is just server hopping to camp on a tower (then again he spawns in on the tower himself so his intentions are also questionable) The camper with the m4 doesn't notice him and he just handcuffs him and loots him. He doesn't get far though before he dies lol
