Voice chat issues

I have had a problem for a while now which involves nobody on the other side hearing me, but i can hear them just fine. When i press the voice chat button the mic symbol appears but nothing happens. I have a fully functioning mic which works just fine outside the game. This problem is starting to get on my nerves, so please, if you have a soluton for it, please share your knowleg!

Ahh! I think I know what your problem is, I had this issue about two days ago, its really easy to fix!

1. Right click on your audio bottom right of Desktop

 

2. Go to recording Devices

3. Set your microphone as Default recording Device

4. Optimize voip option in game menu

5. Enjoy shouting friendly at bandits!

Also I believe this topic has been spoken about before so in future try the search bar, Cause you never know what you might find!

Haha, well, most people KoS so it's hard to get an answer, but I'll see if I get a decent reply. When I do/don't though, I let you know ASAP
