So, with what information I gathered on the issue, I'm assuming that all of this is server side, I guarentee you that all servers provided by players (not the development team) is giving the issues(for those that have the issues)

Keep trying different servers, you might find one that works. Or join a "development team" server. Don't leave/join to fast wait 30 seconds on server selection, or your character wont save in time and you'll possibly lose him for good.
