Inventry Check.

Hello all!,

 

So im not to sure, but what sort of inventry has dayz standalone got just now.

My friends say only like 4 guns? is this correct or what?

 

I did find a mosin.. but it doesnt fire i assume broke but it wont tell me the items condition.. i want to inspect it

all i get is to look around it :/

 

anyways.. is there like a mass inv list that can tell me what is on the world map ((i dont mean where, i mean what could i find))

Yeh i undertand that its alpha, i just was unsure as im finding shotgun shells so im assuming that they will be useless to me gathering them?

Yes. No shotguns in the game  yet. Pointless to carry the ammo.

As far as Firearms are concerned you have the following:

 

FNX45 - .45 Pistol

 

Ammunition - .45ACP Round

 

Magazine Capacity - 15 rounds

 

Attachments - FNP45 MRD (Pistol Mounted Red Dot Sight)

 

-

 

Magnum - Pistol .357

 

Ammunition - .357 Round

 

Magazine Capacity - 6 rounds

 

Attachments - Speedloader (though I have yet to find one)

 

-

 

Mosin 9130 - 7.62  Long Rifle

 

Ammunition - 7.62mm Round

 

Magazine Capacity - 5 rounds

 

Attachments - PU Scope, Long Range Scope, M91 Bayonet, ATLAS Bipod

M4A1 - Assault Rifle

 

Ammunition - 5.56 Round

 

Magazine Capacity - 10Rnd CMAG, 20Rnd CMAG, 30Rnd CMAG, 40Rnd CMAG, 30Rnd STANAG, 30Rnd STANAG Coupled (60 rounds)

 

Attachments - OE Buttstock, CQB Buttstock, MP Buttstock, Plastic Handguard, RIS Handguard, MP Handguard(green/black), M9A1 Bayonet, ATLAS Bipod, Suppressor 556, Carryhandle optics, BUIS (Backup Ironsight), T3N RDS (Red Dot Sight), M68 CompM2 (Red Dot Sight), ACOG Optics test, Weapon Flashlight (Requires RIS Handguard)

 

 

 

Let's talk on the features on certain attachments.

 

ATLAS Bipod - When deployed it improves accuracy when player is prone. Some suggest that if left deployed that it makes the weapon less accurate when standing or crouched. This does not appear to be the case in my experience

 

M91 Bayonet - Can be used to open cans but merely cosmetic when attached to Mosin.

 

M9A1 Bayonet - Can be used to open cans but merely cosmetic when attached to M4A1

 

M4 CQB Buttstock - Improves manoeuvrability of M4A1 but decreases accuracy above 50m

 

M4 MP Buttstock - Decreases dispersion and Improves Long range accuracy

 

M4 MP Handguard - Same as buttstock and benefits stack with both making the M4 pretty damn accurate.

 

M4 RIS Handguard - Like the MP handguard the accuracy is improved but not to the same level as the MP handguard. Also allows attachment of weapon Flashlight

 

Suppressor 556 - Although considered purely cosmetic this does in fact reduce distance at which zombies will react to gunfire. Remember that this is a suppressor and not a Silencer. In my opinion this actually works as it would IRL though they need to modify the sound file so it sounds accurate.

 

Weapon Flashlight - Best flashlight for use at night as it illuminates the area better, more central to the view angle in comparison to head torch and your weapon is always ready (requires RIS Handguard)

Shouldn't Alt+Tab out of the game while standing in an active area.. :p
