Day Z desync?

ok, so everything was working well i recently had a trojan downloader on my computer, i got rid of everything (through anti malwarebites and norton) and now every single server i log into it will be fine for a minute then ill get pounded with desync and i cant do anything other than run.... and suggestions?

I have checked my internet speed and all that and its fine but somethings still not right..

Sure you got everything? If your still having issues you may want to dig a bit deeper, or reformat. A nice reformat is always nice  ;)

thing is though i have like world of warcraft and all that on my computer so if i did id have to re download it (like 23 gig)
