3rd Place Winner will be announced Thursday (With Video Shout out and RandomPicker proof), then 2nd Place the following week after, along with 1st Place Prize DayZ SA! And I use a program called RandomPicker and I put in a list of  of the entries and it draws a Random winner. Making it a random pick always! Hope that answers your question SpunkBalla!  :)
