Objects, Players and Zombies do not move.

When playing on a server with other people then zombies and players do not move, they appear to run with the appropriate animation and turn to face me but do not actually move. It is the same when playing with my friends, the just appear to run on the spot. Aside from the usual dodgy performance i have had no issues with the game until this issue developed after about 10 hours of play. Ive looked through the rest of the trouble shooting pages but couldn't see any posts with the same issue, im sorry if i missed something. Any help you could offer would be much appreciated.

same here.

Look at your Ping/desync

I start with all 0, then 100000 desync then 0 then 4000 and so on.

It's not serverside my mate had no problems and i tried different servers. I guess it's steam maybe or BattleEye.

And my Connection is good, 50K 18ms Ping 4ms Jitter
