My computer or a problem from elsewhere

I ve been playing for over a week now and Ive always had good performance from my PC and been able to find a few good servers need be.  Tonight I log on and I must be getting like 10 fps.  Even being away from any buildings and such, its still super choppy and skipping all over. The sound is skipping so bad that I had to just turn it off.

Ive tried like ten servers now and its the same thing with all of them.
