East side spawns only?

Sorry if this is explained somewhere else. I have been unable to find anywhere it has already been posted. Has anyone else noticed that they are only spawning on the east side of the map now? I have not spawned near or in between around Kamenka to Chernogorsk. I have only been spawning on the east coast from Elektro to Solnichniy. Was this intended to lower the amount of server hoppers in the Balota area as it seems you are unable to spawn there now?

Thank's Didn't see the patch notes for it. Did hear that they were going to balance the spawns out.
