I was recently watching some DayZ videos, when I realized people were starting with more things than I was! I only start with bandages, a pack, and painkillers. NO GUN WHATSOEVER

HELP!!

They removed the ability to spawn with a gun and other items in a patch recently.

What you're spawning with is completely normal.
