Just started yesterday...

 

When I load in, the reload sound plays, I'm able to move around, access my inventory. I cannot pull out my gun, move things around in inventory, or open doors.

 

My ping says 0, desync says 0, and bandwidth says 0.

 

I've restarted, relogged, unplugged router for a night....I was able to play for about 20 hours without a hitch, surprisingly well actually. Now...just nothing.

Redownloading won't help him, really bad suggestion. Anyways, try changing your steam name, hopefully it will create a new character (if that was the problem). If you have a firewall enabled try disabling it.
