Stuck in a damn wall and cannot get out what so ever

I am stuck in a wall at elektro in some random house with like 3/4 floors and i cannot get out what so ever ( i did not mean to glitch in here, the server must of lagged me through the wall) so could you please KILL my chracter, my ingame name is LiamGordon321 ( KILL IT ) just reset it or what ever please.

Ingest anything that can make you sick, and shoot a bit. If you don't die from being sick, zombies or players will hear you shots and kill you. Or just die from dehydration...

Sprint and press v and press space bar. Thats what works for me

Ummm i cannot do any of those things because it's like invisible stairs and you cannot lay down and i am a freshspawn so i cannot make myself sick

NEVERMIND GUYS, SOME GUY WITH A MOSIN CAME UP THE STAIRS AND I MANAGED TO POKE MY HEAD OUT THE WALL SO HE COULD SHOOT IT

The very best thing to do is to use the search function. ALWAYS USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION!

ok im going to tell you how to do this. 

 

Keep running into the wall and hit your jump key, once you have hit your jump key, EXIT the game and then rejoin, you should be out of the wall
