Ladder/Stair deaths

I didn't see this issue in bug reports.

 

Basically: you randomly die when walking down stairs or climbing ladders. You somehow slide down or drop down instantly when you reach the top of a ladder. Even if the fall is less than it would be to drop down from the roof of a barracks building, you still die instantly. It's fucking annoying and completely random. This happened to me twice on two different servers on the span of 15 minutes, and my friend had experienced the same two more times before. 

 

So if other people are experiencing something like this as well, I think it would warrant a look.
