Dude even the books are all in english not in russian (at least that's what people told me)

If Chernarus was an area of early outbreak, it's safe to assume many countries pledged arms and supplies in support of the containment effort, which ultimately failed.

 

I don't see any problem with a variety of weapons and equipment. In this regard, game play variety takes precedence.
