Invisible Zombie causing more problems?

Spent around 6/7 hours on my char, took a break and after logging back in I got Zombie sounds playing with no Zombie in sight. Every Item I right click on in my inventory just has "receiving", cant open doors, cant equip my weapons.

 

I've tried restarting the game, steam and my PC none of it worked. Might just be the server so I'll try another soon but if it isn't has anyone else experienced this and found a fix?. 

 

 

EDIT: UUghh wrong section, could it please be moved over to "Dayz troubleshooting" thanks. Still used to going under mod.

It's a feature.

 

Nice so can I get a proper response? Or has the forum become pointless in the past year nd a half?
