dayz really laggy on good internet and ok computer

Hi

I play dayz standalone on a computer with:

Intel core i5

ATI mobility radeon HD 5850 graphics 1gb

Windows 7 64bit

4gb ram

But dayz is laggy as hell, I can put extreme settings and lowest settings in-game but it's still laggy as shit. It works for all my friends, even them with same internetprovider as I. My downladspeed is 2mb/s. THIS IS NOT FPS LAG! What shall I do? PLEASE HELP!

Are you sure? 

 

You better check your FPS and try to keep your drivers up to date.
