everything is zoomed in and to the right

so i got the game off steam on saturday, started it up and everything (even the boot screen) is zoomed in slightly and off to the right. after troubleshooting a few things i restarted the game and got a missing .cfg message i tried re-installing but it made no difference. 

other things i tried are: adjusting, the resolution and other in games settings, adjusting card settings, and updating drivers.

needles to say i'm stumped any help anyone might have would be awesome. thanks

What exactly do you mean by "zoomed in and to the right"? Can you post a screenshot?

Maybe your settings reverted to default?  Try adjusting to fit your screen?

well i've found another oddity. it looks normal while "windowed"




i couldn't print screen to work in full screen (i know, i'm a computer genius)
