What's with the really weird and fast run?

It's like their crouching with their head down and they run super fast. I zoomed in behind me and just about saw someone although I couldn't see their body (that's how far behind they were) and within a minute they were ahead. I didn't even have a weapon out.

Usually when that appens you are watching a desynced player, and I can tell that because of the 90 degrees position you are describing: in reality he may be in another place, not even running - and worst, sometimes not visible to others.

I am currently experiencing this while playing with a friend. The character keeps running that way following an imaginary line...
