Brimstone99 18 Posted January 6, 2014 Thanks for the help before. The game is much better now. I am trying to find a gun, so far I have found 2 pistols and a revolver. I have many attachments and a ton of ammo but can not seem to find a better weapon. Any ideas? I tried Balota airfield that looked like it was not looted. mySoup117 9 Posted January 6, 2014 To find guns, there are two ways: one is go to particular locations like military base (north of Kamenka, Southeast of Vybor), airfields/airstrips (NW, NE, Balota); the other way is more depending on luck, that is barns and civilian buildings where you may find Mosin and Magnum. I don't recommend server hopping, but it is totally legal and profitable. Server hopping is constantly (like every 5-10 minutes) switching servers at Balota/military buildings/high looting points so that you don't need to walk and find gears with the risk (and precious experience) of encountering other players. (Bandits, badasses; Heroes, shiny shiny guys; Normal fun players (like me), fun, blood and sweat.) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Zed's aim for now is just laughable. offtop: Factories are pretty crazy, actually. Just got into one and found 5 25-packs, 1 hunting and 1 mountain backpack in a single building. teufel937 49 Posted January 7, 2014 Ok.. so I started as a fresh spawn again today, I grabbed a shitty backpack threw some food and sodas in it, found a fire axe to slay zombies, then I found a water pump and drank until, "I felt really full."From there I journeyed from the far East Coast straight to NWAF, I skipped the actual airfield and hit Tent City, the medical tents at the Northern end of the strips, found me a canteen a few rounds then proceeded to Bashnya exactly North of the NWAF, I now have an M4, Combat Helmet, Hunters Pack, FXN45. Only Mosin I ever saw was in an apartment building in one of the Northern cities.
