Unbanning ??

Hey guyz..

The guyz that run Seattle 57 (=HOG=) are trying to undo a hacker implanted ban on there server for me and my clan, at this point they are unable to figure out how to get us off the ban list (which they did not put us on, a hacker unfortunatley hacked there server and banned a group of us who play on it...

Long story short, we need instructions for them how to go about unbanning our characters please!!!

Log into another sever, screenshot your GUID when battleye reports it and type/send it to them so they can go through bans.txt and remove the GUIDs in question. The ban list will have to be re-loaded or the server will need to be restarted for it to take effect.

Browse to (server directory)\(config directory)\bans.txt

Find your GUID in the list.

Delete the line.

Either reboot the server or do a loadbans command.
