Problem with GTX Driver?

Hello,

I have been having a really weird FPS issue. Not long ago I upgraded my graphics card from EVGA GTX 650 to 660 SC 2GB. Every game is smooth at average 80 FPS. But for some reason, every time I start DayZ, the FPS is LOCKED (Does not change regardless of changing settings) at 7~11 FPS. I can temporarily fix this issue by re-installing the graphics driver through GeForce Experience (331.93 with a clean installation) and then my FPS goes back to 40~60 FPS at medium settings. But when rebooting my PC, the problem happens again and I have to keep re-installing my driver in order to fix the problem. I don't want to have to re-install my driver every time I want to play DayZ, so is there a clue on how to fix this issue permanently?
