Im unarmed and ive being shot unconcious by a person with a M4A1, will I get back up or not?

Most likely not. Unless some good soul happens to come by and give you a saline bag. You're probably bleeding too, so even if you do get up you're going to be very low on health. If you tell me where you're maybe I can give you some help. I'm in East Chernarus.
