Flickering Colors?

First off, Love the game. Even thou its still in alpha and could do with some major improvements, thats not why im here...

 

Now, every time I play in a night server no matter what server im in, I get this...

It seems to only come up when im using my flashlight or when i come into lit up areas.

Could it be something to do with my Graphics card? Its a Radeon Hd 7750 1GB card and before anyone asks, according to steam's "Driver Update" function, its up-to date.  So that rules out the "Update your driver" replies... Direct X is version 11 as well I've put all the display/rendering etc options on the lowest possible ingame.
