Tech specs. Can my computer run Day Z SA Decently?

Recommended Posts

ok, so im deployed, and i just have my laptop which is a Acer Aspire V and here are the specs of it:

Processor: AMD A8-5557M 2.1GHz Quad Core

Memory: 4GB of RAM

Graphics Card: Dedicated Radeon 8750M  2 GB of video ram

all running on windows 8.1 64-Bit

now i know that i wont be even close to running it at a smooth 60 fps, but do you think ill be at least pulling 20-30 fps on low settings?  i just really love this game and would love to play it while im away from the home computer.  Thanks guys

If you bought it already, why don't you download it again and see for yourself?

I honestly doubt it, it's CPU intensive and you're running 2.1 Ghz, as well with 4 GB of RAM.

I'm running:

A8-5500 3.2 GHZ Quad Core

6GB RAM

RAdeon HD 7770 1GB GHZ Edition

And the game runs well enough in the wild, but when you get into cities things go to hell, below 20 FPS constantly. And with the added fact it's a laptop, I'd say it's a no go.

I don't think you will be able to play it very well.. maybe with an average of 20 fps on lowest settings, and dips in cities.
