Lag and Desync

I've been trying to play with my mates for at least 2 hours, They say they can see me but I can't see them. Every 2-3 minutes I slide around the map and get the Red and Yellow connect chains message. It's literally unplayable!  :(

 

Anyone experiencing the same problem or anyone know of a fix? (I've reset my pc and router 5 or 6 times)

I'm experiencing this since the patch got released.

Did they even test that? It completely broke the game.

Try different servers, with better ping.

I've tried multiple servers, The servers that don't desync or lag wont allow me to use any of my hot bar items like use my gun.
