WarZ sucks, no surprise there.

 

However how would a balanced spawn timer sound? Obviously not 4 fucking hours, but something as low as 15 mins?

That would only work if you had multiple character slots like WarZ. The whole point of that anyway was to get you to pay for quick-revive. They also had a global inventory you could kit your guy out with right away at respawn. It wouldn't really work in this game.
