DayZ Standalone Requirements

Hey DayZ Community,

I really want to buy DayZ BUT i'm afraid I don't meet the system requirements. Do you think it's still possible I maybe able to still run the game, because I don't meet the CPU or GPU.

 

So is there no chance of playing?

You might be able to run it but it would have to be on very low settings. Not for sure though, DayZ engine (ArmA 2 engine) is very demanding and even the best PCs can struggle at times

The CPU is based off of sandy bridge so even though it's only 2Ghz and dual core, it should be able to run it somewhat fine BUT according to intel site it's got onboard graphics which is very, very basic.

 

You 'll have to try if it does run as I can't tell 100%
