Please help with render distance

Hey,
I have just started to play and i'm having hard time with the render distance, i feel like with every step i'm doing it renders 1 more meter and all the map is a little flickering and it drives me nuts...
Here is my computer specs :
Geforce GTX 770m
8 RAM
Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2.40GHz

what i need to do to get the render distance higher ?

Iv'e tried to reset my setting but didn't help + tried to change render distance in the cfg file also didn't help.

Please someone help i really want to play :(
