About to get the game and was wondering if any of the Arma 2 Add-ons actually do anything for the Day Z Mod? I know I require Operation Arrowhead, but do any other add-ons add content to the Day Z Mod?

The PMC and BAF dlc's add higher resolution textures to character models buts thats about it, they are usually pretty cheap to pick up though.

Thank you for your quick reply. I heard FrankieonPC say something about that in one of his videos, but he didn't really go into detail about anything else. I will hold off on those for now I guess, but once again thank you for the reply again.
