BackgroundLiberum Lanceati was founded by Ogirdor and Skull Bone back in the days of DayZ Epoch's popularity on the Survival Operations community. We had vowed to make the group a very tactical and serious (but still fun) clan in which our abilities, as well as members, can thrive and change the initial DayZ experience.How does Liberum Lanceati operate?Our goal here in Liberum Lanceati is to be able to utilize our group's force to properly execute a set goal or purpose. We in addition have a very bare bones rank system that helps keep everything running smoothly. When out on an operation, we do not require members to call high ups, "Sir", or anything in between. We believe that as a clan, we should all be able to appropriately operate under a very relaxed environment; we're not a MilSim.What is Liberum Lanceati's play style?As we have attempted to teach in the past, we must be friendly towards in-game player. Why? Because this is what makes our group a different one from others. Groups like this are usually formed to create a team of rag tag bandits that generally shoot on sight and are instantly hated. We believe that our only way to gain some sort of fame or member base is to strive to get our name known as a hero clan. Our RoE is not set in stone, but the initial set of mind that we enforce is: Survive first, help later. This means we will do anything it takes for the safety of our friendly personnel before others.Why the name "Liberum Lanceati"?Liberum Lanceati gained its name prior to what the original founders had envisioned for the group. The main purpose of our disposal in the DayZ Epoch world was to act as a mercenary group. This meant we were friendly to ALL players, until contracted by a a group to help aid in firefights, raids, ect. The idea of this sparked the name of Liberum Lanceati, which means "Free Lancers" in Latin.Where is Liberum Lanceati now?The current state of Liberum Lanceati is stable for the most part. We worked towards cleansing it of its weak spots, and making room for more stronger beams to help carry the group forward. Our future intentions are to be able to make a 15-20 member group that can all truly call each other, "Brother"... virtually of course. We hope that with a strong foundation and a set member count, we will be able to push Liberum Lanceati to new heights in the harsh world of DayZ.Thank you for the taking time to read this and get to know Liberum Lanceati on a more personal note.
