Deference between SA and the mod ?[MAP]

Its the same Map with little changes.

 

The big Cities are still where they were in the Mod, but some things (like near Appartment complexes or Military bases) were added.

 

Overall, if you knew the Mod-Chernarus, you know Chernarus+ and you will be able to not get lost.

Yes and no. Its the same area(Chernarus), but they have added a lot of buildings and relocated others (?). For example Cherno is expended and now have a lot of 10-ish storage apartments.
