Waiting for server response after server-restart.

So apparrently the game-servers have restarted but the character-server is still dead and no-one can play right now due to being stuck on "Waiting for server response".

I might add:

After you've waited 5-10 minutes, you'll spawn invisble at 004117 not being able to respawn. (Which I assume means it's a connection-timeout to the character-server)

Everyone I've come across in the servers has had this problem, there's been one or two people claiming that they're playing though.
