What are the commands to do these and all the other actions

F1 to wave, F2 to surrender, and you have to pick a key to bind the flip off to.

F3 is to sit and you have to bind, say F4 to 'Taunt' which is in the control settings. Under the interaction drop-down menu if I remember rightly

can just say how much I love that they actually took the time to make it so you could flip someone off, it's simply wonderful and hilarious.

 

But yes F2 is surrender and F3 is sit down
