How to swich from EU to US servers?

On the server list, click filter, and change the minimum ping to something really high. (I just added 5 0's to it)

Gona try it all but Im already reinstaling game cos I was thinking  you can switch server only after game instalation lol

Haha, this is not like League of Legends. You can play on every server in the world :P

Click disconnect, then select a US server and click Connect.

I cant see where is disconnect botton and I put max ping 1000 and its still not showing US servers only Eu

From EU you should get a ping of 100-200 in the US depending on where you and the server both are (and vice versa) - though you might end up in a variety of other places with similar figures (draw a circle round your hometown)
