Stuff conditions

Recommended Posts

I noticed that things like optics are influenced by their conditions. But it doesn't seem the same for other stuff. For example canned food and medicals. Am I wrong?

Everything is affected by its damage. However, somethings are more apparent than others. Clothes offer protection from zombie attack to a degree. e.g. you probably wont bleed after an encounter wearing a hoodie, where you would in just a tee shirt. I do not think (in the line of clothes) there are 'degrees' of protection. e.g. you're protected until 'ruined'.

Water bottles and canteens seem to loose water if their condition is 'damaged' or worse.

Other things I havent actually 'seen' any difference from 'damage status'. Axe's for example. I would imagine that 'condition' of items will play more and more into the game as it progresses through alpher.
