Character is stuck

So I was looting in a building when all of sudden I warped through the wall and now I'm stuck and cant get it out. I've tried vaulting in every direction possible and its not working so I'm wondering if there's any way my character can get moved or if there's a command I can use to get unstuck

Sprint towards the wall and log out at the moment you touch the wall. Then log in again on another server.

This worked for me, but I initiated a vault through the wall before (very) quickly logging out.

Yeah this happen to me but I couldn't do anything and then a zombie came into the wall and took care of me.
