Text issue since update....help/advice 01/03/2014

So the recent update released on the first or second of January 2014, I have noticed that my in game text has become extremely blurry/fuzzy. My video settings have not changed since prior to the update (but the text sharpness has) and i have even tried changing them as well as the resolution. However this has yet to yield any results...is this a common problem? can i fix it? If so i would greatly appreciate your help, because i can not seem to find a solution.
