Low Fps

I have from 10 to 30 fps on my computer, its not the best computer but id expect more fps anyways. Also even if i change the settings my fps stays the same.

I have edited the files which should help FPS but didnt.

 

i have: AMD Athlon X2 220 2.8Ghz

Leadtek GTX 260

6gb DDR3 1333 Mhz RAM

450W PSU

ASUS motherboard.

Windows 7 Ultimate

 

I have everything on low but bad FPS, everything on high i get about the same FPS.

Can anyone give me good settings or some tricks to make it run faster?

I can second your issue.  I have experienced very low FPS(10-20) as well, and it doesn't change no matter what setting I use.  I guess it's just another bug with the game.  I usually get 60-100 FPS on ultra in a few intensive games.  Hopefully we will see a fix soon.

GPU: AMD 7850

CPU: AMD 6300

RAM: 16GB DDR3 don't remember the speed
PSU: 500w

ASUS mobo

EDIT: Windows 7 ultimate is my OS as well.
