No health status messages?

I've tried searching in other topics but have found no other people with this issue. (that have posted about it) 

 

So I've noticed when watching peoples videos on YouTube that they are getting these "Healthy" statuses and other messages such as "You feel dizzy" and other messages of the same sort. But I get NONE of these? Just curious as to why this is? Just the other day for the very first time I gorged myself at a water pump to see if I got a full message. I did! but I have not gotten any of the sort regarding my characters health.

 

Anyone else have this issue?

It may be because your blood isn't high enough, hunger level isn't high enough, thirst isn't high enough, and energy isn't high enough, you can not be healthy if one does not meet the required standard.

Eat rotten fruit and see if it says your mouth tastes funny.  If there is nothing wrong, yet then you should not be getting status messages.  If you press tab and it says hungry, thirsty, or sick to the left of your character in the top left corner of the char box, you should see status messages.  If you are not hungry, thirsty or sick; it will say nothing.  I have never filled myself up to completely "healthy" but I stay in a region where I am not getting status messages...they make me crazy.
