Character Help

Every time my son tries to create a character and go into a server it resets back to the default woman.

Anyone got any info on how to solve this?

Are you clicking the 'default' button after you choose it the default button sets the character as default; it's weird, hopefully they change it to confirm or something more user friendly later on!

He's creating his character and then hitting back. Everything looks fine until he lands on the server.

Yeah once he's made the character he has to click 'set default' that will make it his starting character it confused me for the longest as well haha
