Second time my Character has been wiped and placed on default scene

Avoid excessive server hopping as it is more likely you'll get wiped this way.  Wipes are usually due to server not updated to latest version, server desync with public hive or server not whitelisted by public hive.

 

Find 5 or 10 good server where you have not experienced character wipes and favorite them.

 

If you server hop excessively, your chances of being randomly wiped will be much greater.

Plus the system is not 100% yet. There are 4 servers that I usually play on. My character has been wiped playing on just those 4 servers. So if your bouncing around to 10/15/20 different servers looting... your chances of having a character wipe happen increase... It's kind of like playing Russian Roulette with your character.

ok... Kinda sucks for us new people to have to find stuff, where there isn't anything left because the server is maxed.

I try to play in the same server the whole time, i get kicked and sometimes the one i added won't come back up... it's only hopping if you loot and hop to loot some more

Like others mentioned, stick to the same 5-10 servers and youll be fine.

Vilayer.com, gameservers.com, fragnet, mpgs, the big ones..(i prob misspelled a few of those...)

 

I was wiping my character here and there because i was joining servers that were quite on the hive or something, even though they had the standard info at the start of the server name...but found about 5-10 favorites and now it hasnt wiped in a week or so.
