Tried on the steam client and on the web browser.

 

Why can't I add the game to my cart? :(

The Steam store seems to be experiencing some intermittent network issues right now.  It's not just DayZ.  Try again later.  Or just click on Add to Cart (ONCE!) and then wait patiently for a response.

They are getting DDOS'ed by some kids atm, be patient as they are fixing it
