When to Eat/Drink

When do you usually eat/drink? Seems like my character is always hungry, unless this is a side effect of something else. Thirst is never really an issue for me, it seems thirst pops up far less often than hunger. Was just wondering, thanks!

When the Charakter tells you he/she is hungry/thirsty, they already reached the 50% mark. So you can eat/drink until they say that ehy are stuffed. Then you have a long time where you don't need to eat/drink.

Hmmm, it seems for my character I can eat until he is stuffed and then not long after he is feeling hungry again.
