How do you give yourself more blood?

So over about 4 hours of being alive from multiple fights I have lost a fair amount of blood I can still see some color but it is very faded. Can I give myself more blood?

Fill up your belly, then wait about an hour or so - sucks I know :(

 

Or you can try the medic guys from one of the other forum threads, they'll come patch you up with saline or blood :)

As above keep eating and drinking until you get the message "I feel full" etc. wait a bit then eat and drink some more. Eventually your blood will regenerate and you will get a "healthy" message in your inventory screen where the thirsty one usually appears. When you are healthy your blood will regenerate fairly quickly when you take damage.
