Need help-computer setup

here are my specs 

 

i5-3470

8gb ram

his 7850

 

when I join dayz my temp of gpu jumps from a reg 80-90f to 130-140f and my load jumps from little to nothing to 100%-145%, and I get small little lag spikes like every 30seconds/45seconds, is there anything I should be doing to stop that?

lower graphics, and quality, i have the same card and the game a still good locking on low to normal.

 

Edit: If that doesn't work, clean your computer, probably has 4 lbs of dust.

I did this and cleaned my computer although it wasne that dusty (i clean every 2 weeks) still getting minor lag spikes every 30-45secs,  anyone

140f (60c) should not be a problem

yea idk ,im fine with the temp not sure why the load is 100%-140% and im getting lag spikes every 30seconds
