I cant seem to reload, am I doing something wrong?

I think I have more mags, my thing for my m16 says 4/60 does that mean that I have more mags or none? (I grabbed it off a dead body :P)

you have 4 rounds left in your Taped-2x30-Round-Magazine.

 

with "reload", you only change the magazine. If you have only 1 mag (and your Taped-[...]-Mag is handled as that) you can't reload.

Solution: find another mag for your M1A14.

 

Or get along with your '60-rounds-and-then-run!'-weapon ;)

With 'only' 1 mag you have to reload your weapon with:

1. take mag out of the weapon

2. add suitable bullets from your invetory to your (half-)empty mag

3. re-insert mag into weapon
