Exit while bleeding

Last night i was in firefight with two guys. I manage to kill one but the other hit me once which made me bleed so i run to find cover fast, however i could not bandage because at that time server crashed. This morning i continue where i left off but i cant see blood particles anywhere on my body and there is no message in the inventory that says bleeding.

Am i actually losing blood since i cant see usual indicators?

I would take a screenshot when you log in, and a screen shot 3 minutes after and then compare them. If it's decreased in saturation, then yes, you are bleeding. If not, it must have bugged out and fixed itself.

He's probably right, I fell down a 6 foot ladder and broke my leg on the NE end of Berezino, crawled like 1km for about 30 minutes to the SW end of it to get to the hospital for some morphine, server restarted when I was outside the hospital and I logged back in with my leg fixed. That's the most serious injury in the game and I haven't found any evidence that time heals a broken leg but I did take about 4 painkillers so who knows.

Logging out and logging back in again fixes broken legs. It is a known bug.

I tried it once and didn't work. Should have kept trying.
