Not connecting to games properly.

So, ever since the patch today, (December 31st) Any server I try to join I get the little yellow chain link at the bottom right side of my screen, and when I look at the player baord, i have 0 ping, 0 bandwidth, and 0 desynch, and I cant do any action in game, like open doors, pick up items, move items around in my inventory, and stuff like that. But, if i run around or attempt do do an action, it wont happen until I leave and rejoin, then the door will be open, I will have picked up an item I tried to, and I will always spawn where ever I last was. Like if I joined in Cherno, I could run to Elektro, without attracting any attention from zombies, I will spawn in Elektro next time, i join. Also, any server I join, I have the little yellow Chain link in the bottom right corner at all times. I never had good internet, but I could play perfeectly fine until today, so could someone please help me.
