If you get sick you're going to need antibiotics.  You'll need rubbing alcohol to heal any wounds you have.  Your hunger and thirst is going to have to be full to regain any blood you lost.  To regenerate any health you have lost you will need your blood to be full.  Youtube has a lot of tutorials on stuff for SA if you need help on anything else.
